KATZ, Solomon (Solly). Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, on Thursday, December 6, 2007. Survived by his beloved wife of over fifty-seven years, Cecelia Sylvia Brick. Devoted father and father-in-law of Allan and Margie. Cherished grandfather of Ethan and Madeline. Predeceased by his siblings and their spouses Harry and Evelyn, Bertha and Sam Passner, Moishe and Jean, Leo and Clara, Sam, Jennie and Sam Pecher, Max. Dear brother-in-law of Shirley Katz, Shirley and Laz Luxenburg. Special uncle to Anne and Morris, and Matt Weinstock, and to many other nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Dr. Sorge, Melanie, Penny and Peter of the 8th floor, St. Mary's Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Sunday, December 9 at 12 noon.
