Linda and Joseph Freeman Harper (née Rae) Suddenly, it is with deep regret that we announce the death of Linda Harper and Joseph Freeman Harper on December 8th, 2007 at their residence in Red Sucker Lake First Nation. Linda Harper, at the age of 42, and Joseph Harper, age 44 resided at Red Sucker Lake First Nation. They were married for 25 years. They leave behind their five children, son; Kevin Harper, age 23, daughter; Joanne Harper, age 21, son; Maurice Harper, age 18, Pharrol Harper, age 17, and a baby girl; Lydia Harper, and also a grandson; Leon Nattaway-Harper. They also leave behind Joe’s brothers; Wilfred Harper (Colleen), Kurt Harper (Bertha), Bradley Harper (Rebecca), and Frankie Harper, sisters; Evelyn Flett, Sylvia Okemow (Hubert), Virginia Harper, and his mother; Sarah Harper., Linda’s brothers; Leo Rae, Sean Rae, Timmy Rae and Ross Rae, and her sisters; Kinina, Jean and Crystal. Joe and Linda are also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. They are predeceased by Joseph’s father; Talbot Harper, grandparents; Edward and Jessie Harper, Daniel and Eva Day, also Linda’s father; Abel Rae and mother; Sarah Rae. Wake services will be held in Red Sucker Lake First Nation on December 13th and 14th, 2007. Funeral services to be held on December 15th, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. in the Red Sucker Lake United Church, with Reverend Benny Harper officiating. Interment to follow in Red Sucker Lake Cemetery.
