MCGARITY, ROSA LEE - The death of Rosa Lee (Wood) McGarity, age 70, of Hampton, NB, occurred unexpectedly at her residence on Saturday, December 1, 2007. Rosa Lee was the wife of Otis McGarity and daughter of the late Vern and Violet (Northrup) Wood. She is survived by her husband; son, Michael, Hampton; daughter, Tanya (Jeff) Travis, Grove Hill; grandson, Devon; granddaughter, Robyn; sisters, Eileen Fowler Sussex, Donna (Harold) Wiggins, Rothesay; her beloved pet, Winston; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Rosa Lee was predeceased by her brothers, Vern (Jr.) and Frank. Resting at Sherwood's Funeral Home, (839-2156) 18 Scovil Road, Norton, with visiting, Tuesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the Coles Island Baptist Church, Coles Island, NB on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at 3:00 pm, followed by interment in Coles Island Cemetery.
