LAPLANTE, Ruth - At Lakeridge Health Centre, Oshawa on Monday December 17, 2007, Ruth Laplante (nee Pratt) of Sama Park, RR#3, Havelock in her 80th year. Wife of the late Lionel Laplante. Beloved mother of Terri Everett of Campbellford, Darlene Laplante of Havelock and the late Michael. Mother-in-law of Shelley of Scarborough. Grandma will be sadly missed by Shannon & Byron, Crystal & Barry, Skyla & Anthony, Samantha, Meaghan, Michael & Lana, Lindsay & A.J. and her great-grandchildren Hope & Braiden. Sister of Frances Trowbridge, Violet Thompson & the late Barbara, Joan, Gloria and Anne. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Resting at the Brett “Havelock“ Chapel, 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m Wednesday. Mass Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Havelock, Reverend Sanyatson Seshaiah officiating.
