LONG, Gordon Edward - It is with great sadness we announce the sudden death of Gordon Edward Long on December 17, 2007. Beloved husband and best friend of his wife Beverley for fifty-six years. Devoted father of Michael (predeceased), Debbie Hurley (David), Patricia Elliott (Craig). Proud grandfather of Christopher and Robert Hurley, Amanda, Casey and Jacob Elliott. Great-grandfather of Camden Hurley. He loved them all. Also survived by his brother Douglas Long (Ida) of Barrie, Barbara Gregson (predeceased) and daughter-in-law Susan Weih of Kingston. There will be a service of Remembrance at Mark St. United Church on December 28th at 2 pm. Arrangements entrusted to Kaye's Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mark Street United Church Building Fund or the charity of your choice. 10941046
