STEWART, DAVID JOHN The passing of David John Stewart of Fredericton, NB occurred on December 18th, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on July 10th, 1946 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of Dorothy (Dean) Stewart and the late Otis Stewart. David was a computer consultant for Micro Ease Ltd. He was very involved with bowling, having coached youth bowling at Kingswood and he participated in two leagues. In addition to his mother, David is survived by his daughter Allison Stewart; son Jeff Stewart, both of Fredericton, NB; sister Marlene Currie of Fredericton, NB; brothers Bobby and Jimmy of Nova Scotia, Mike of NFLD and Ronnie of BC; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Thursday, December 20th, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, Fredericton, NB on Friday, December 21st, 2007 at 2 pm with Rev. Dr. Norman Whitney officiating. Reception to follow in the Funeral Home's fireside room. Interment will take place at Fredericton Rural Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
