McCHARLES, Mr. Clayton (Bucky) - The family announces with sorrow his passing on Monday morning, December 17, 2007 at the Timmins District Hospital, aged 65 years of Porcupine. Beloved husband of Mrs. Mary McCharles (nee Watson). Dear father of Frank (wife Chantal) McCharles of Timmins, ON and Keith (wife Joan) McCharles of Winnipeg, MB. Treasured grandfather of Britney and Colin Allard. Cherished brother of Lois (Mrs. Alfred Lebarr) of Orillia, Judy (Mrs. Mack Briscoe) of Renfrew, Lynn (Mrs. George Gruntz) of Renfrew, Angus McCharles of Ottawa and Geneva McCharles of Renfrew. Predeceased by his father Fred McCharles, mother Bernice (nee Dufresne), sister Sylvia (Mrs. Leo Legendre) and brother Frank McCharles. He will be sadly missed by other brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews as well as several close friends. Bucky was retired from the Placer Dome where he worked for 37 years. He was born in Hoyle, Ontario and enjoyed trout fishing and hunting partridge. Donations in lieu of flowers will be graciously received through the funeral home to The Canadian Heart and Stroke foundation or the Porcupine Food Bank. A funeral service to celebrate his life will be held at STINSON FUNERAL HOME on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at 11:00 a.m with Rev. Judith Perry officiating.
