Rosaire LAFLAMME

Rosaire Laflamme, of Kapuskasing, died at Sudbury Memorial Hospital on October 5, 2007. Mr. Laflamme was born on July 3, 1930 in Kapuskasing. He worked as truck driver and for Imperial Oil. He enjoyed the outdoors, working in his garage, mechanics, traveling and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife Rita; his sons René (Raymonde) of Sudbury, Gérald (Nicole) and Claude (Renée) of Kapuskasing; a daughter, Louise Doucette of Port Colborne; a brother, Victorien (Henriette); his sisters Gabrielle Hansen, Marie-Jeanne Dion (Lucien), Marguerite Sullivan (Denis) and his sister-in-law Hélène Laflamme, all of Kapuskasing, as well as seven grandchildren, Shelly, Sabrina, Sandy, Stacey, Stephanie, Christine and Jennifer. Mr. Laflamme was predeceased by his parents Arthur and Celerine; his sisters, Marie-Claire, Marie-Blanche, Cecile, Aurore Roy, Alice Lehoux and Antoinette Bedard and his brothers, Borromme and Rolland. Father Gilles Gosselin will officiate the funeral service Saturday, October 13 at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculée Conception. Donations may be made to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation. Funeral director was Guenette Funeral Home.
