Pilcher Daniel Verner April 16, 1958 - March 19, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Jenkens Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre Mr. Verner Daniel Pilcher, age 45, passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital on Friday March 19, 2004. Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Vern worked on various lake boats for the last 28 years, most recently as a Third Class Marine Engineer for Algoma Steamship Lines. He enjoyed snowmobiling and working on his cars and motorcycles. Vern will be lovingly remembered by his parents Hazel and Verner, sister Hazel and brother James as well as many other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Vern will be held on Wednesday March 24, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Jenkens Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Tuesday March 23, 2004 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Jenkens Funeral Home. If friends so desire, donations to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
