MacELWEE, William Arthur - In loving memory of William Arthur MacElwee, 76 years, who passed away Tuesday, December 18th, 2007 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - Laurentian Site. Beloved partner of Simone Belanger of Sudbury. Missed by the mother of his children Jeanette (Bazinet) MacElwee. Loving father of Brian (wife Barbara) of Ottawa, Aaron of Sudbury and David of Redwater, Alberta. Cherished grandfather to Melissa Paquette (husband Martin), Jennifer, and Brian all of Ottawa, James and Taylor of Edmonton, Alberta and great grandchildren Justin and Alex of Ottawa. Sadly missed by Simone's children Darlene and Mike Belanger of Calgary, Alberta, Donna and Steve Loose of Houston, Texas and Dean and Marie Belanger of Calgary, Alberta, Dwayne Belanger of Sudbury and Lionel and Connie Belanger of Stratford, Ontario. William founded the company Urgent Courier Express over ten years ago. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 564 (Lockerby) for 18 years. A licensed pilot he enjoyed hunting, fishing and had a great love for the outdoors. The family wish to thank Dr. Pruanum and Dr. Mailloux, staff and nurses of the Laurentian Hospital.
