DOYLE, William Henry - Peacefully on Sunday, January 6, 2008 surrounded by his loved ones at Bluewater Health Mitton St., William Henry Doyle in his 82nd year of Pt. Edward. Beloved husband of Eva Mae (Saylor) Doyle of 64 years. Loving father of Rick (Barb) Doyle, Linda (Dan) Erwin and Sue (Kevin) Boyken. Cherished grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Bud (Jessie) Doyle. Survived by sister-in-law Barb (Jim) Whitfield and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Harry and Gertrude Doyle. Bill was with the Sarnia Hydro for 39 years. After retiring they moved to Fawn Island for the summer months and Kissimmee Florida for the winter. He was an avid drummer, square dancer, boater and pilot. Member of the Sarnia Yacht Club. He received his 50 years pin from Liberty Lodge and was a member of the Mocha Shrine and also the Lambton Shrine Club. Bill was a life long member of St. Paul's Anglican Church, Point Edward where the service will be conducted by the Rev. Grace Coleman Anthony on Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at St. Paul's Anglican Church, 210 Michigan Ave., Point Edward from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Children's Shrine Hospital, St. Paul's Anglican Church, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice.
