BREEN, Joan - Peacefully at the Carveth Care Centre, Gananoque, surrounded by the love of her family on Sunday December 23, 2007. Joan Breen, beloved wife of the late Maurice Breen. Much loved mother of Joy Cuthbert (Jim), and Jil Gower. Loving stepmother to Diane Stephens (Dawson). Cherished grandmother and great grandmother. Predeceased by one brother James. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Resting at the TOMPKINS FUNERAL HOME 63 Garden Street Gananoque. A service of remembrance will be held in our chapel on Saturday December 29 at 1:00 pm. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Breast Cancer Action Kingston would be appreciated by the family.
