CHAMBERS, Earl E. - Naval Veteran, WWII Peacefully, at Providence Manor, with his family by his side, on Wednesday, December 26, 2007. Earl Chambers, in his 92nd year, beloved husband of Bette (Henderson), for 61 years. Dear father of Rhonda Monk and her husband Brian, Susan MacLeay and her partner John Downs and Stephen Chambers and his wife Penny. Lovingly remembered by his five grandchildren and one great granddaughter. The family extends sincere appreciation to all of Earl's caregivers at Providence Manor, and also for their continued care and support to Bette. In keeping with Earl's wishes, cremation will be followed by a memorial service in the chapel of the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME (1900 John Counter Boulevard), on Saturday, December 29, at 11:00 a.m. Deacon Patrick Ritchie officiating. Inurnment at Sandy Hill Cemetery in Prescott, in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to U.H.K.F. (Providence Manor) or Alzheimer Society, in Mr. Chambers' memory (donations by cheque only please). 10944572
