HAWRYLUK, Barbara Evelyn (Brooks) - At Bluewater Health - Mitton Site on Tuesday, December 25, 2007 age 69, of Sarnia, beloved wife of the late Roman Eugene Hawryluk and dear mother of Lynn Maureen Berrill and her husband Don of Cambridge, Mark Douglas Hawryluk and his wife Suzanne Nurse of London and Christopher John Hawryluk and his wife Bonnie of High River Alberta. Loving grandmother of Linda Gallimore, Adam and Michelle Berrill, Benjamin, Jenna, Megan, Christina and Roman Hawryluk. Dear sister of Robert Burton Brooks and his wife Sara of Kitchener and James Donald Brooks and his wife Charlene of Vancouver, B.C. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by a brother Brian Douglas Brooks. Mrs. Hawryluk was born at Oshawa and had resided in the Sarnia area for most of her life. She was the current Senior Regent of the Women of the Moose Chapter #971, Sarnia. An avid bingo player she was a longtime bowler at Marcin Bowl. Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME on Friday, December 28th. at 2:00 p.m. with Angela MacDonald officiating. Interment in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The Women of the Moose Chapter #971 will conduct a Chapel service at the funeral home on Thursday evening at 6:45 p.m. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Victorian Order of Nurses or the Canadian Cancer Society (cheques only please).
