Ivan KABONI

KABONI, Ivan - At Providence Health Care Services in Kingston on Friday, December 28, 2007, Ivan Kaboni, age 78, passed away. He is the family of the late James Oliver of Aamjiwnaang and Paul Bourgeois of Hiawatha and the brother of Stella Gray of Kettle Point. He is survived by many nieces and nephews from Wikwemikong First Nation of Manitoulin. A funeral wake will begin at Maawn Doosh Gumig Community Centre on Marlborough Lane on Saturday evening. A traditional Ojibway funeral service will be held there on Monday, December 31st at 12:00 noon with burial following at Aamjiwnaang First Nation Cemetery.
