TURTON, Eileen Margaret - It is with great sadness that we announce her passing at the Haldimand War Memorial Hospital, Dunnville, on Sunday, December 30, 2007. Reunited in Heaven with her father Claude Haggerty Sr. and her mother Martha (McIntee) Haggerty. Beloved wife of Ron Turton. Caring and special mother to Laurie Brown and Todd Estabrooks. Devoted nanny to Kristen, Shannon and Bryan. Left behind to mourn are her sisters June Fraser (Albert), Fern Flagg (George), Jean Pulak (Ed), Joan Mazi (John) and her brother Claude Haggerty and his friend Lois. Sadly missed by her brother-in-law Carl Turton (Linda) and Jerry Turton. She has joined in Heaven with her brother Merle King (Helen) and her sisters Gertrude Kaufman, Donna Alfieri (Frank) and Mona Logan (Don). Also great missed by her nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Eileen was also a true friend to many. Let her courage and strength be an inspiration to all of us. Mom we love you always and forever till we meet again. Be at peace sweet mom. Friends were received at the BALLARD MINOR FUNERAL HOME, 315 Broad St., E. Dunnville, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service was held in the Chapel on Thursday, January 3, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
