PALIN, Miranda - It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Miranda Palin in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario on Saturday January 5th, 2008 at the age of 16. Beloved daughter of Ken Palin (wife Cher Palin) of Elliot Lake, Diana Jeffrey of Levack and sister of Kenneth Jeffrey-Palin Jr. of Blind River. Dear granddaughter of Rosaire & Lise Palin, Tom Jeffrey & the late Yvonne Jeffrey and step granddaughter of Pat Jeffrey all of Elliot Lake. Dear great grandaughter of the late Lionel Goudreau and stepgranddaughter of Don & Rolly Rhéaume of Elliot Lake. Dear niece of Kimberley Grover of London, Debbie Jeffrey, Jennifer Jeffrey, Tommy Jeffrey, all of Elliot Lake and Janet Jeffrey of Massey. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends will be received at the Elliot Lake Funeral Chapel & Cremation Centre (36 Ontario Ave) on Wednesday January 9th, 2008 from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. from the funeral home.
