MILNE, ISOBEL (Betty) - At Northumberland Hills Hospital on Friday, December 21, 2007 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Frances Milne. A service of Hope and Remembrance will be held at the Oddfellows and Rebeccas Hall (I.O.O.F.) on January 17, 2008 at 1:00 p.m., 412 Victoria Street (Corner of University and Victoria).
