ZADOW, Rose (nee Kowalchuk) - formerly Awde, Rose Ann. Passed away peacefully at the Pines Residence, Bracebridge, Ontario on Monday December 24, 2007 in her 95th year. Pre-deceased by her husband Earl Awde and her loving daughter Dolores Mary Awde. Survived by her sister Olga Wasylciw of Wasaga Beach. Pre-deceased by Freddie Herbert Zadow, her loving husband of many happy years, her sisters Mary Mitanis, Nell Petryshin, and Annie Lockyerof and her brothers Dr. Paul Kowalchuk, John and Michael. Rose was well known in the hairdressing profession as owner of beauty salons and teacher of hair design for many years. Rose will be remembered by her many students, friends and family. In memory of her daughter Dolores a donation has been made by Rose to the Sick Children's Hospital. Friends will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Friday December 28, 2007 from 11 am to 1 pm. Service to follow in the chapel on Friday at 1 p.m. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery. 10942690
