PALMER, Douglas Emery - Passed away after a lengthy illness at Hallowell House Nursing Home, Picton on Monday, December 24th, 2007. DOUG PALMER, formerly of RR#2, Consecon. In his 86th year. Beloved husband of Betty. Loving father of Dennis (Karen) and Lynn (Bob) Evans. Remembered by his granddaughters Jennifer O'Brien and Krista Stever and his great grandson Evan O'Brien. Predeceased by his brother Howard Palmer and lovingly remembered by sister-in-law Goldie and her daughters Barbara and Diane. Doug was born, raised and spent his life in the stone house overlooking Consecon Lake. Friends may call at the AINSWORTH FUNERAL HOME, 288 NOXON AVENUE, WELLINGTON on Thursday, December 27th from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 28th at 11:00 a.m. Reverend Audrey Whitney officiating.
