FRASER, Thomas Carlyle - (March 3, 1925 - December 12, 2007) Suddenly, at Greater Niagara General Hospital on Dec. 12, 2007. Predeceased by his loving wife Dot. Loving father of the late Ann Langley (Lawrence) of Smithville, Jim Fraser (Joan) of Babcaygeon, Judy Smagata (Jim) of Vineland, Marty Fraser (Cathy) of Niagara Falls, Dan Fraser (Ann) of Edmonton, Tim Fraser (Jane) of Comox, B.C. Beloved brother of Margaret Fraser, Mina Brown, Jane Allan. Predeceased by sisters Betty Lacas and Beattie Duguay. Brother-in-law of Al Page (Grace) and Chuck Page (Irene). Loving grandfather to 14 grandchildren and great-grandfather of 5. Tom worked at General Motors on Ontario Street for 40 years. He was a member of the Thorold Skating Club for many years, and is greatly missed by his skating partner, Vera Proctor. Tom was a lifetime member of the St. Catharines Photography Club, and was past president of the St. Catharines Chess Club. Tom was a wedding photographer for many years at McGlennister and Brisson Studios, and also taught photography classes for the Photo Shop and for the Board of Education. Tom also volunteered as a captain counsellor and was the official finish line photographer for the St. Catharines Soap Box Derby for many years. Cremation has taken place. A memorial will be held for family members and close friends at a future date. Remembrances to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
