WELZ, Benno Edwin - Peacefully, on Friday December 21st, 2007 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, surrounded by his family and friends at the age of 55. Beloved husband of Cyndi Welz for 25 years. Loving father of Caitlin, Kevin and Bryan. He will be sadly missed by his sisters Aileen (Wilf) and Marilyn (Ted), mother-in- law Joyce Major, brothers-in-law Guy and Danny (Kate), his nephews and their families and by many, many friends. The family wishes to thank the staff of the ICU at GNGH and McMaster as well as the liver transplant team at Toronto General, who contributed to the care of Benno over the last few years. Visitation will be held at the MORSE & SON CHAPEL of the MORGAN FUNERAL HOMES, 5917 Main Street, Thursday December 27th, from 10 o'clock until service time at 12 noon, in the chapel.
