DOUGLAS, Ronald Walter - On Friday December 28th, 2007, Ron peacefully passed away, with his family at his side, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Maria (Mercedes), dear brother of Lynn, of Oshawa and Dean, of St. Catharines. Father of Chris, of Oshawa and step father of Laura (Guy Jr.) Paone and Chiara Villar (Jason Mitrow), cherished grandfather of Christian Paone. Ron is resting at the MORSE & SON CHAPEL of the MORGAN FUNERAL HOMES, where his family will receive friends on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A service to celebrate Ron's life will be held at the funeral home on Monday morning at 11:00 o'clock. Cremation to follow.
