COLLIER, Martin Denison. (March 11, 1931- December 24, 2007) Martin, beloved husband and best friend for fifty-nine years of Barbara (Holden) Collier, died peacefully on December 24, 2007 in Cobourg, Ontario. His support, teachings and friendship will be greatly missed by his children and their spouses Doug (Chris), Geoff (Wendy), Marty Jr. (Mary Davis) and Patricia (Randy Larkin). He was a wonderful granddad to Robin, Shannon, Ryan, Thomas, Hannah, Martha and Jillian. Martin, a prostate cancer warrior, was the son of the late James Douglas Collier and Marjorie Stanton Middleton and dear brother to Anne, Robert (Marguerite) and the late Richard Collier. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 28, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church, 237 Ball St., Cobourg. This will be followed by a reception in the church hall and interment Belleville Cemetery.
