Edith May Emond est décédée paisiblement à l'hôpital le mercredi 26 décembre 2007, dans sa 92e année. Edith Nevins était l'épouse bien-aimée de feu Fernand Emond; la chère mère de Russell (Margo), Donald (Pat), Ross (Sylvie), Joan Lamoureux, Barbara (George Bourgeron) et Jean (Creighton Dorrington) de Timmins, Ont. Elle est prédécédée par ses fils: Robert et John Emond. Se souviendront d'elle ses chers petits-enfants et arrière-petits-enfants. Elle est prédécédée par sa soeur Theresa et ses frères: Gilbert, Robert et John Nevins. La famille recevra les condoléances à la MAISON FUNÉRAIRE WHELAN, 515 rue Cooper (entre Bay et Lyon) le vendredi 28 décembre 2007 de 14h à 17h et de 19h à 21h. Le service religieux sera célébré le samedi 29 décembre 2007 à 10h, en la basilique St-Patrick (Kent angle rue Nepean). L' inhumation suivra au cimetière Pinecrest. Des dons en mémoire d'Edith à la Mission d'Ottawa seraient grandement appréciés par la famille. Les arrangements ont été confiés à la Maison funéraire Whelan, 613-233-1488. A mass of Christian Funeral to be held on Saturday December 29, 2007 to St. Patrick's Basilica at 10 AM. Interment to follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.
