TUNIS, Barbara At St. Anne's Veterans Hospital on Thursday, December 27, 2007, age 87 years. One of the first nursing graduates of McGill University, she was not only an active nurse, but also a respected historian and author. Barbara Ruthven Tunis (nee Logan) , beloved wife of the late Albert Tunis. Dear mother of Michael, David (Carol), and Andrew (Isabelle). Grandmother of Laura, Christopher, Jeremie and Nathan. Predeceased by her parents, Harry and Gwyneth (Murray) Logan, and two brothers, John Logan and Kenneth Logan (Nettie). A graveside ceremony will be held at the Field of Honour Cemetery, 703 Donegani Ave, Pointe Claire, Qc, at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2008.
