Théodore Hébert 1921-2008 Théodore Hébert, 86, formerly of Dieppe passed away at the Veteran Health Center, Moncton on Saturday, January 5, 2008 Born September 14, 1921 in Notre-Dame, he was the son of the late Pierre and Emma (Babineau) Hébert. He was predeceased by a infant son, Paul; one brother, Mélas; and by three sisters, Sara, Lina and Aline. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Béatrice (Melanson) Hébert; one daughter, Elda Hébert (Michel Hébert) of Montréal, QC; two sons, Rhéal (Fernande) of Dieppe, Armand (Joyce) of Quispamsis; two sisters, Stella Hébert of Cocagne, Valida Belliveau (late Edmond) of Moncton; four brothers, Fred (late Irène) of Oshawa, ON, Albé (Thérèse) of Grande-Digue, Albert (Bernadette) of Irishtown, Stanley (Marie-Paul) of Moncton; four grandchildren, Patrick, Justin, Sarah and Nicole; one great granddaughter, Néomi; and by several nieces and nephews. A veteran, Mr. Hébert served overseas during the second World War with the Royal Canadian Army. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch # 6 Moncton, and a 3rd degree Knight of Columbus, Council Louis Hébert #6468. He was employed with the Government of Canada Department of Public Works for 33 years before retiring. Visitation at Maison funéraire Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 88 Church St., Moncton (858-1900) on Tuesday, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, from 12:30 p.m. until departure 1:40 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at Ste-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe.
