Bruce D. LONG

LONG, BRUCE D. - It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce D. Long, loving husband and best friend of Judy (Thibodeau) Long; they did every thing together. Born in Saint John, he was the son of Charles and Grace (Hughes) Long. Bruce was baptized at St John's Anglican Church, Grand Bay. He was a carpenter by trade and was employed with Millennium Home Builders, and was a very good wood worker. He was an avid hunter and fisherman with his best friend, his father. Surviving in addition to his wife Judy, and his parents Charles and Grace; he is survived by one son, Kristen Thibodeau; two sisters, Beth Palmer (Doug Kelly) of Saint John, Debbi Long of Victoria B.C.; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Predeceased by a brother, Billy Long. Resting at the Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. (634-1701). A memorial service will be held at St. Giles United Church 3540 Westfield Rd. Saint John, on Thursday at 11 am. No visiting by Bruce's request. Donations to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
