Hugh "Van" Albert Wolfe July 11, 1953 - April 09, 2004 Peacefully at William Osler Health Centre-Brampton Campus on Friday April 9, 2004. Beloved husband to Yvonne. Proud dad to Hugh, Phillip, Jeffery, Michelle, Nadia, and Latoya. Dear grandpa to 6. He will be sadly missed by many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and friends. The Wolfe family will receive friends at the Scott Funeral Home "Brampton Chapel" 289 Main St. N. (Hwy 10) 905 451-1100 on Friday April 23, 2004 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Visitation will be held at the North Park Worship Centre (395 North Park Dr.) Saturday April 24, 2004 from 9-10 a.m., followed by service at 10 a.m. Interment Meadowvale Cemetery. If so desired, flowers or donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
