Janice Louise Kinna ( Simcak) October 06, 1956 - April 07, 2004 KINNA, Janice Louise passed away suddenly at the age of 47 years on Wednesday, April 7, 2004. Janice was predeceased by her father, John Simcak; mother, Erma Bott; sister, Jean Perrault; and niece and nephew, Tracey and Trenton. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Brad; son, Derrick; daughter, Jill; brother, Gerald (Carol) Simcak; and stepfather, Warren Bott; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at the Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East on Wednesday, April 14, 2004 at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sofia House, Regina, SK.
