CHABOT, Aurel - 1931-2008 - The family announces with Sorrow his death at home Friday, January 4th, 2008 at the age of 76 years. Beloved husband of Stella (nee Rossi) and dearest Father of Ricky (Lucy) of Bolton, Raymond (Colleen) of Timmins and son in law Yvon Viau of Cochrane. Loving Grandfather of Tanya, Natasha, Crystal, Stephen, Sheena, Mason, Marrisa and great grandfather of Nathaniel, Zachary, Fayth and Donovan. Also survived by Isabelle Lacroix (Roger) of Campbells Bay, Quebec. Predeceased by Parents, Rolande(nee Bussiere) and Raoul Chabot, son Norman, daughter Debra and also his siblings Alice Anderson, Bob Chabot, Nina Girard and Marvin Chabot. As Memorial to Aurel, a tree will be planted in Memory Woods. A tree grows, memories live. Friends will be received at the IRVINE AND IRVINE FUNERAL HOME, 149 Third Street West, Cochrane, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday, January 7th, 2008. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel, on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at 11 am with Reverend Edna Murdy officiating. Internment will take place in the spring.
