Dorothy Eva Brown (née Wood) February 19, 1921 - April 11, 2004 Of Hamilton. Passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on April 11, 2004 at the age of 83. Adored wife of the late Arthur C. Brown. Devoted mother of Jim and his wife Leslie. Devoted Grandmother of Matt and his wife Tracy, and loving Great-Grandmother to Hannah and Emily. Mother Brown's special love and thanks to Kathy Duncan and her son Cody. Survived by her loving sisters Cecily (G. Campbell), Betty (G. Ward), Geri (E. Gilmartin), Patty, Vicki (H. Rolbin), brother David (S. Chaff). Also survived by her loving sister-in-law, Veronica (F. Lynch) and brother-in-law Donald Lansing. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Resting at the Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home (Robinson Chapel), 15 West Ave. North, corner of King and Wellington in Hamilton. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, April 15, 2004 at 1:00 pm. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
