GEMMILL, Violet Edith - Peacefully at St. Joseph's Lifecare Centre on Saturday, January 12, 2008 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Grant Gemmill (2006). Cherished mother of Gary (Lynn Linder), Gail Lee (Bill), and Cheryl Benning (Scott). Loved Grandmother of Kyle, Claire, Jessica, Myron, Kristen, Tyler, Hillary, Chelsea, Cameron and great grandson Juwan. Dear sister of Elsie Kristianson of England. Predeceased by her brother James. Violet was actively involved in the Girl Guide Association of Brantford for over 25 years, serving many positions eventually leading to Brantford District Commissioner, a long time member of the Greenbrier Presbyterian Church and Choir.
