van RAVENZWAAIJ, Jacob - Peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital on January 12, 2008. Jacob at 78 years of age was the beloved husband of Froukje Groen. Dear father-in-law of Edward Fraser of B.C. Loving grandfather of Kiah Fraser of Alberta and Cody Fraser of B.C. Brother of Jopie Besse and her husband Joop. Jacob will be deeply missed by his nieces and nephews and many friends. A celebration of Jacob's life will be held at a later date.
