MARSHALL, David J. - Peacefully at Hospice Niagara on Monday December 31, 2007, in his 78th year. Fiancée of Ruth Sims. Father of David Marshall and his partner Michael Dwyer, Vaughn Marshall and his wife Lisa. Grandfather of Landon and Kiyomi. Brother of Yvonne Perras and her husband Lucien, Pat Innes and her husband Richard and Gerry Angel. Uncle of Joseph Hilaire and his wife Debbie, Shirley Jackson and her husband Ken. David is also survived by his wife Helga, and his dear friends, Francine Hiebendaal and her husband Richard, Margaret Broderick and Patricia Garrow. Cremation has taken place. To Celebrate David's life a memorial service will be held at Elm Street United Church on Saturday January 5, 2008, at 2 PM. Private Interment will take place in Fairview Cemetery. 10946711
