Theresa Marie, Margaret Ellis (née Saulnier) March 31, 1931 - April 17, 2004 ELLIS, Theresa Marie Margaret - 73, Hammonds Plains, formerly of Sackville, passed away Saturday, April 17, 2004, in the New Halifax Infirmary, QEII. Born in Salmon River, Digby Co., she was a daughter of the late Denis and Laura (Martin) Saulnier. Theresa loved children, crocheting, knitting, cooking and working in the flower garden. She greatly enjoyed decorating for Christmas and loved the coloured lights. If there was a perfect wife and mother, she was it. Surviving are her husband, William "Bill"; daughter, Anne Marie (Robert) Craig, Meaford, Ont.; son, Sean (Tanya), Lower Sackville; grandchildren, Jamie and Nicole; sisters, Angela (Gordon) Boudreau, Lake Doucette; Cerita (Ernest) Saulnier, Salmon River, Digby Co.; brothers, Leo Saulnier, Halifax; Gerald (Annie) Saulnier, Beaver River; Norman (Suzanne) Saulnier, Salmon River, Digby Co.; sister-in-law, Judy Saulnier, Dartmouth. Theresa was predeceased by brother, Roland. At Theresa's request, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, April 22, in Atlantic Funeral Home Chapel, 125 Sackville Dr., Lower Sackville. Interment will be in Oakridge Memory Gardens, Lower Sackville. Donations in Theresa's memory may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
