Mervyn FILER

FILER, Mervyn - Passed away November 24th, 2007 at the Temiskaming Hospital, New Liskeard, Ontario in his 75th year. Mervyn will be sadly missed by his sister Patricia Sedore and family and by his sister- in-law Jean Filer and family. Predeceased by his parents Winnifred and Harry Filer and brothers Desmond and Reginald. Cremation has taken place with interment at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Fonthill. A Memorial Service will take place in late spring. Mervyn was born in Perth, Ontario. He grew up in Niagara Falls. He worked for Ontario Hydro for some years. In 1963, he moved to Australia and lived there until 1987. When he returned to Canada, he lived in Latchford and then, the past 17 years in Haileybury. 10946941
