ENSKAT, Elizabeth - On Thursday, January 3, 2008 at St. Catharines General Hospital. Wife of the late Helmut (1996), loving mother of Gary and Sandy, proud Oma of Jordan and Kathryn. Survived by her brother Joe and sisters Hilde and Susi. Mrs. Enskat was a lifetime member at Grace Lutheran Church. Elizabeth enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and bowling. Mrs. Enskat is resting at GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. where family and friends will be received on Sunday, January 6, 2008 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be celebrated at Grace Lutheran Church, 213 Linwell Road on Monday at 10 a.m. with interment in Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery.
