HENDERSON, Merle - Peacefully, at Lee Manor in Owen Sound, Wednesday, January 2nd, 2008. Merle Irene Henderson (nee Blacklock), in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late William John (Bill) Henderson (1986). Loving mother of Josephine Fearnall, of Owen Sound, and Sherri Osborne of Carrying Place, Ontario. Loving grandmother of Kim (David) Clark, Doug (Susan) Fearnall, Shelley (Doug) Crawford, Nikki (Trent) Clemenhagen, Andrew (Heather) Osborne, Matthew (Amy) Osborne. She leaves eight lovely great- grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, Marg McKay and Marion Henderson and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Robert and Maria Blacklock, sons- in-law Maurice Fearnall and David Osborne, brothers and sisters. Friends may call at the BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 - 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario (519-376-7492), on Saturday, from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.. A Funeral Service for Merle Henderson will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 5th, 2008, with Rev. Cathy Hird officiating. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery.
