MUCHOWSKI, John - Peacefully at St. Catharines General Hospital in his 83rd year. Loving husband of Helen for 48 years, loving father of Bogue and Barry Clark, Krystyna and Dan West all of St. Catharines, dear dziadzia of Jessica and Jamie, beloved brother of the late Roman of Poland, Mary (the late Joseph) Gadek of St. Catharines, Lee and (the late Boleslaw) Opiola of St. Catharines. Mr. Muchowski was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, a veteran of WWII. He worked for 38 years at Newman Brothers before retiring. Mr. Muchowski is resting at GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St. until Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church at 10 a.m. with Rite of Committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting Hours Monday 2-4 and 6:30-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers for John will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 7 p.m. Memorial remembrances can be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
