WOJCIK, Elizabeth “Betty J. RN, OB- GYN (nee Fay); passed away on December 19th, 2007, in her 71st year, at Gottleib Memorial Hospital, Chicago, where she worked for over thirty-five years. Loving wife of Paul. Devoted mother of Joe (Debra); Kelly Ann (Kevin) Smith and John (Anna). Cherished grandmother of Charlie, Emily, Jack, Daniel and Kyle. Sadly missed by sisters, Rosaleen (Howard) Engel, Sheila (Ken) Jones; brother, Sheamus (Catherine) Fay; sister-in- law, Mary Ann Cichon; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents, Joseph and Annie Fay. Funeral mass was held at St. Cyprian R.C. Church on December 29th, 2007. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery. 10950976
