VASAS, Mrs. Anne - passed away at St. Catharines General Hospital, on Friday January 4, 2008, of Fonthill in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of Charles Vasas for 67 years. Loving mother of Barbara Carll of Florida and Carol West of North Carolina. Also loved by her grandchildren Justin Carll, Tara Carll, Hali Carll and her great-grandson Mathew Mattei. Dear sister of Andy Fulop and his wife Erma of Welland and predeceased by her brother Frank Fulop. Survived by her sister-in-law Marilyn Fulop and several nieces, nephews and their families. Friends will be received by the family from 2-4 & 7-9 pm Sunday January 6th at the JAMES L. PEDLAR FUNERAL HOME, 1292 Pelham Street, Fonthill, where the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Monday January 7th 2008 at 11:00 am. with Reverend Calvin Lewis of Kirk-on-the-Hill Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Thorold. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
