PATTERSON, Joan Beatrice - entered into rest peacefully at the Kawartha Lakes Extendicare in Lindsay on Saturday, January 5, 2008. Joan Pitt, in her 86th year, was the beloved wife of the late Roy Patterson (1980). Dear mother of Scott and his wife Sherri of Sandford and Jan Snelgrove of Guelph. Treasured grandmother of Jennifer and Denise Patterson. Dear sister of Leslie Pitt and his wife Joy of Somerset, England, Ron Pitt and his wife Marie of Alicante, Spain and predeceased by her brother Sonnie and by her sister Rene Harvey. Predeceased by her sister-in-law Hilda Pitt and by her brother-in-law Ernie Harvey. Dearly remembered by her nieces and nephews. In keeping with Joan's wishes, cremation has taken place.
