POZNIAK, Jean - At the St. Catharines General Hospital - NHS on Sunday, January 6, 2008 in her 85th year. Beloved wife who has finally been reunited with her late husband Peter. Loving mother of Jerry (Kay) and Jim (Bonnie). She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Lori, Greg (Jenn), Todd, Cole and great grandchildren Quinn, Camryn, Keltie, Austin and Ella. Dear sister of Peter (Olga) Regush, Annie (Peter) Makulwich, John (Mary) Regush, Mary (John) Mazurkewich and Michael (Louise) Regush. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews including Violet Zurowski. Predeceased by her parents Nick and Pearl Regush and 1 granddaughter Claire. Many special thanks to Stella, Mary, Anne and Lois for their friendship and companionship shown towards our Mom. Jean's family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton Street on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Liturgy will be held in the chapel on Thursday, January 10, 2008 at 11 am. Interment Pleasantview Memorial Gardens.
