SALMON, John “Jack“ - in Southampton on Saturday January 5, 2008. Jack Salmon of Southampton in his 78th year. Retired O.P.P. officer with 31 years of service. Beloved husband of Kathleen for 55 years. Loving father of Steven of Southampton, Mark of Nova Scotia, Gregory of Southampton, and Scott and his wife Cheryl of Orangeville. Pappy will always be loved and remembered by his grandchildren. Survived by his brother Tom Salmon of Toronto. Predeceased by his sister Shirley Dopp, and by his brother William Salmon. Visitation from the EAGLESON FUNERAL HOME, Southampton, on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Port Elgin, on Wednesday January 9, 2008 at 11a.m. Interment of Ashes at St. Patrick's Cemetery, at a later date. Parish Prayers in the family room of the funeral home Tuesday at 8:30p.m. Expressions of Remembrance may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Lung Association.
