WITTMAIER, Edmund “Eddie” - Passed away at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Saturday January 5, 2008 with his family by his side at the age of 68 years. Beloved husband of Adrienne. Loving father of Ed Wittmaier and his wife Cathy, Holly Tesselaar and her husband John, Keiran Wittmaier and Shannon Wittmaier and his stepsons Jason (Liz) and Jamie Brozovic. Loving Opa of Alyssa and Benjamin Brozovic and Tyler and Kyle Wittmaier. Dear brother of Elsie of Germany, Erica (Don) and Ewald both of Richmond, B.C. Eddie will be missed by his “little boy” Rusty. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, nieces, nephew and his friends. Eddie was predeceased by his parents Rudolph and Katherine Wittmaier and his mother-in-law Bev Robinson. At Mr. Wittmaier's request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place. Interment of ashes in Morgan's Point Cemetery will take place at a later date. Memorial remembrances to First Lutheran Church or the Welland and District Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
