PERUGINI, Elizabeth “Lisa“ (nee DeLavalle) - It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our mother at the Sault Area Hospital - Plummer Site on Tuesday, January 8, 2008. Beloved wife of the late John. Loving mother of Marie Smith (Richard), Sharon Poluk (Steve), Jim and the late Joseph. Special Nona of Leslie MacDuff (John), Terri Giciuk (Mike), Allyson Blake (Gerald) and Sean Poluk (Erin). Great grandmother of Dustin, Jake, Meghan and Ryan. Sister of the late Leo DeLavalle (late Adeline), late Joe DeLavalle (late Algesa), late Mary Bianchi (late Erminio), late Tony DeLavalle (late Maude), late Jim DeLavalle (Frances) and Eva Kohvakka (Chuck). A special thank you to Dr.'s Fratesi, Maligiona and Barry and the nursing staff who took excellent care of her. For those who wish, donations to the Heart & Stoke Foundation or the Elks Oncology Van would be appreciated by the family.
