BURGESS, Ronald - Peacefully at his home in Heathcote on Tuesday January 8, 2008. Thomas Ronald Burgess, in his 81st year. Beloved husband of the former Ruth Risk. Dear father of John (Dale) of Meaford, Don (Tracie) of Heathcote and Dave (Alison) of Meaford. Sadly missed by grandchildren Patty, Steven, Ryan, Sarah, Amanda, Tyler, Evan and Cole. Predeceased by a grandson Mark Carscadden. Visitation will be held at the FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, The Valley Chapel, Thornbury on Friday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted from Grace United Church in Thornbury on Saturday January 12th at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Brian Goodings officiating. Brethren of the Beaver Lodge Masonic Lodge #234 A.F. & A.M. will gather for a memorial service at the funeral home on Friday at 6:30 p.m. Interment will take place at Thornbury-Clarksburg Union cemetery.
