MAROIS, Helene - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Helene on January 12, 2008 in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of Lucien and loving mother of Michel Marois and Suzanne Demers (Norm). Cherished grandmother of Melissa and Kimberly. Loving step-daughter of Gertrude Norris. Dear sister of Robert and Daniel Norris, Louise Viens (Charles) and sister-in- law of Sally Pezzimenti, Jenny Arsenault (Rene), Cecile Marois, Fern Norris and special sister-in-law Valerie Norris. Predeceased by her parents; Ernest and Beatrice Norris and brothers; Roger and John Norris. Helene will forever be remembered by her family and friends for her gentle good nature, joking personality and especially for her love and admiration for her granddaughters. The family will receive friends at the H.L. CUDNEY FUNERAL HOME, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Tuesday, January 15th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. A funeral mass, conducted by Fr. Jim Mulligan c.s.c., will be held at the Parish Community of St. Kevin on Wednesday, January 16th at 10:00 a.m. Rite of committal to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
