Anita MARTIN

LEMAY, Anita (nee Martin) Suddenly, with family at her side, Wednesday January 2, 2008 at the age of 93. Daughter of the late Isidore Martin and Leontine (Parent). Beloved wife of the late Gerry Lemay. Loving mother of Louise, Helene (David Wilson), and Marie (Michael Dunleavy). Cherished grandmother of Julie (Ahmad Hakeem), Janet (Dr. Paul Sly), Andrea, Paul, Anne-Marie and Patrick. Proud great-grandmother of Coleman Sly and Danya Hakeem. Dear sister of Cedea (Soeurs de la Providence), Albert and the late Laurette Leroux, Muriel Latour, Simone Lussier and Emile "Tony". Sister-in-law of Irene Martin; Gabrielle, Monique, Romeo, Paul (Therese) Lemay and the late Jeanne (Soeurs Ste. Croix), Jean-Charles and Denis Lemay. Devoted mother and homemaker, she always extended a warm welcome to her many nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends. She will be greatly missed. Friends may pay their respects at the Kelly Funeral Home 2313 Carling Avenue (west of Carlingwood) Friday January 11, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Saturday January 12, 2008 to Eglise St. Remi, 2821 Dumaurier Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario for Mass of Christian Funeral at 10 a.m. Interment Pinecrest Cemetery.
